I have IP Office 8.1 with third party license and Sip extensions.
Sip extensions work fine with IP extensions but when calling analog extensions or using analog trunk call is established but no voice is heard |

Do you have any VCMs on the system?
You must have VCMs to support any VoIP connection to a TDM connection, for example SIP phones to analog trunks or extensions. If you do have them installed can you call from an Avaya IP Phone to the analog trunks/extns? Have the 3rd party SIP phones been certified to work on the IP Office? Pete G. |

I have 2 combo cards having 10 VCM channels each.
I can call from Avaya IP phones with no problems. i am using sip mobile clients on ios and android. |
