S8300/G450 - CM 5.2 is tie using ISDN PRI with Alcatel 4400. Autocall back feature is working within avaya but not with Alcatel 4400.

Hi Mangi,
ISDN CCBS is for PUBLIC ETSI trunks that support callback. For private trunks between PBX's you need to ensure you have at least one NCA-TSC configured. What does MST tell you? |

The Avaya is sending the Callback Request (CCBS) to the Alcatel who replies with: with: 4001180f ==> REL_COM crv 1_7da3 bad ie content ! D-channel port number: 4001180f Protocol Discriminator: 08 call control Call Reference Value: 02 fd a3 Destination 7da3 Q.931 Message Type: 5a Release Complete => CAUSE user: 100. Invalid info element contents | info elem 04: BEARER CAPABILITY You will have to ask them what they don't like. |
