Default H.248 prioritization (QoS)

According to all I've read, H.248 message sent in TCP messages. What I can't find is whether H.248 messages are marked with QoS, either 802.1p or 802.1Q.

It would seem to me that if H.248 messages are competing with other TCP traffic that might be prioritized, you could have a situation where CM loses H.248 connectivity to Media Gateways or vice-versa.

Every so often, we get H.248 disconnects to 2 sites with Media Gateways with LSPs and I'm trying to solve this problem.

I'm looking for some insights on this.
