Default IPO- "Unexpected BDAT response received"

The following Alarms are being sent by mail from the IP-Office server every ten minutes.
The alarms contain the following information:
1st mail:
- SMTP - unexpected data received. An unexpected BDAT response was received.|
2nd mail:
- SMTP - sending data failure. Failed in call to send QUIT command.|
3rd mail:
- SMTP - unexpected data received. An unexpected QUIT response was received

The voice mail is not full, however and service is normal- anyone know what this is and how to stop it? Thanks

We are getting something similar here.

We are also getting "SMTP - unexpected data received. An unexpected end of message response was received.|" every couple of minutes, just started happening a couple of weeks back, we haven't changed the internal SMTP server or upgraded our IP500v2's firmware.....stumped!

Can you share the releases of the IP Office?

Hi, everyone! Have you ever found a solution to this? We're having a similar issue, too. Thanks!

What mail server is everyone using? It's an invalid binary data response message. If this just started happening and nobody has changed their SMTP settings or IPO release, it's likely tied to a mail service change.
