Default Avaya Softconsole on a Windows 7 machine

Is the Avaya Softconsole R1.5 compatible with a PC with Windows 7 OS?

It is not. Avaya one-X Attendant supports Windows 7. Neither Softconsole nor OSPC supported Windows 7.

Hi Guys!

I've got an answer about the one-x Attendandt:

I'm working in a Hotel and we have Avaya Mes solution deployed. In the AYS (At your service) area need to configure the DND and the wake up calls for the guest, but they cannon do it by their phones (1616-I). So, he question is: one-x Attendandt can do this?. I mean, can I configure the DND and wake up calls for the guest form one-x Attendandt?

Thanks in advance, and I apologize for my english. I'm not a native speaker.

Regards

You can set Do Not Disturb and Wake Up calls from the one-X Attendant. Please note that one-X Attendant does not get real time updates from Communication Manager. You would require Directory Enabled Management to get real time updates.
