What is the difference between Reporting and Task reporting?
Answer: Reporting gives accumulated information about calls/E-Mails/chat requests for a considered interval (e.g. sum of call, total or average conversation time). Task reporting collects details for calls, e-mails and chat requests. Data from Task Reporting used in Contact Detail Reports, Agent state Reports, Customer History and Agent History.
