Default Problem with CDR cond-code
Hello. S8700 R14
I send CDR data to the server port and then process them in the php code. I noticed that in the coming cond code status only 9 and 7, even if the incoming call was missed (for missed calls should be the status of H). Please tell me what could be the problem?

Please see below article which gives one of the possible causes for the condition codes that you see,

If its a ACD call with announcements then the call is considered as answered.
