Please stop changing the Avaya Support Web site.
Once I know where things are you change it and I can longer find it. These changes are rarely an improvement. If you need to keep your web people busy, how about replacing search engines with manually updated lists of documents and downloads organized by product/release? Thank you, Mike Walker |

Hello Mike,
Thank you for your feedback. I have forwarded your inputs to the team which handles Avaya support site. The new changes were made to organize the content in proper categories to amke navigation easier and to make make searches faster. I will share your inputs to keep the changes to navigation to minimal. thank you, Abdul Rahaman Shariff |

Just stop the idiots who publish FAQs from publishing them under every document type category going rather than just FAQs. They totally swamp the listing of technical manuals and user guides. Then content might be in its 'proper categories' as you said.
