Default Source code for avaya-pim-common.jar for avaya POM sms

Please can someone help me in getting the source code for avaya-pim-common.jar which is being used in Avaya pom 3.0.3.

I want to update one of the class files in this to manipulate the incoming sms cli. Currently from my gateway I am receiving the reply sms with the country code (61) e. 61470599565. But while I sent the sms to the customer I have a requirement to sent without country code e.g 470599565. When the reply sms is received, avaya-pim-common.jar class file is unable to compare these 2 values and update the reply sms.

Please can someone help me on this urgently?
