Default IP Phone Query

You will not be able to find the serial number from the status station command. Infact from the system, there is no command for finding out this information.

You need to check at the back of the phone hardware, where you have the tag that displays the serial number. Else there is no way to find out this.

Thanks for the reply.

Status station doesnt show up the serial number for the IP Phone ..

I was going through the documentation and checked that the standard MIB of the phone will provide the serial number when we do a SNMP walk..

I am trying to find out the way to do that ..
