Hi,
We have IPOCC 9.1 environment and we import callback_request example from ISO image. Callback request initiated by customer in queue has been inserted in dialer campaign, but the dialer does not dial out the calls. we verified in the database that entries are there for thecallback request in odaddress, odcj tables For anyone callback request functionality working fine:.
