Which station type for H.323 J169 ?

Hi,


we've just bought some J169 phones and would like to configure them as H.323 station in our Aura installation (7.1.3 version).
However, we don't have this station type in ASA or in System Manager.


When we configure these phones as 96xx (we've tried 9611, 9630), the display for the first page is truncated.
Is there a way to update available stations type ? Or should we used another station type ?

"truncated" - what do you mean?

The H.323 J169 should be aliased in CM as a 9611.

If by "truncated" you mean half-screen mode, change to full screen by accessing the local phone settings.

Settings button > Settings > Display > Phone Screen Width > Toggle to Full > Save
