Default Call rest Issues

Hi all,
I am working in Avaya Collaboratory environment with ED trying to create a WFD.
First step is "make a call" and the second step is callRest Service trying to reach a AWS DB with URL http://ec2-3-130-143-12.us-east-2.co...s.com/parkings
Unfortunately it doesn't work and I receive this message error. "Error encountered during execution of REST Service task: NoRouteToHostException: No route to host"
Do anybody know where can be the problem or how I can to fix the issue?
Attached the workflow with the issue.
Many thanks
Feliciano
