One-X Mobile iPhone App Error

I keep getting and the below error from my iPhone One-X app at random intervals:

Authentication Error
OneXAuthenticationErrorDomain-1

One -X Mobile 5.2.3.05 on WIN2K3 SP2
CM 5.2.1
One-X mobile App 5.2.1.1 build 5.2.1.2.27
iPhone 3GS with iOS 4.1

I tap OK, the error disappears and I can continue using the application. I have attributed the error to my VM pin not being retained on the Account Information page because when this error is displayed, the "Voicemail Password" line is blank, but my user name, password and the URL for One-X mobile is present. Has any one else seen this error? What logs would be beneficial for me to post? Thanks.
