Default Call stuck in One-X

I have just installed an IP Office and the end users occasionally have a call that will get stuck in One-X Portal that I haven't figured out how to clear other than a reboot. Has anyone else seen this, or know of another way to clear that call from One-X. Logging out and back in doesn't change it.

Is the trunk held open, or is it just the IPO still holding the call.
