Default Avaya Equinox online meeting Presentation freezes.
Hello Everyone,

We are having an issue with our meeting room.
For the last 2 weeks the presentation freezes on the PowerPoint but the camera still works. We can't present the material.
I added a screen shot of the error message we get on the screen every time we share the screen for the PowerPoint.

We upgraded the camera to the latest version as weel as the room:

Avaya Scopia Desktop
Release:8.3.901.005

Any help will be appreciated.
