Default Web Chat Installation Porblems

Our maintenance provider has installed Web Chat on our IPOCC.

But our Web programmers are unable to create a url to access the Web Chat.

Our maintenance provider is unable to help.

I would like to know of the name of anyone successfully running IPOCC Web Chat.
A college running this would be great.

Our Web programmers would like to see an operational IPOCC Web Chat and hopefully speak with their programmers.

I have no experience with these two chat apps but I think web chat is the best and free calling app available for android users. If you are using an android phone then you should try this www.aussiessay.com application for the latest communication source.
