Default call billing software for avaya

Hi All,

I'm seeking for a call billing software which i can install in my LAN

hi bro. yes u can installed on LAN ip. but basically call billing software of telesoft is installed in a pc , and ib avaya smdr option , we enter the ip of pc . and in call billing software we enter the ip of avaya

Avaya has a marketplace where you can pick and choose as you like=

I do recommend Xima, these folks are very helpful and their software it's simple to deploy and use. It comes with Call Accounting and Call Center capabilities.

Default Microcall has always worked for us

You can check out MicroCall. They have been around for a very long time and are constantly adding capabilities to their software.
