Default Problems Accessing POM Web Services

Hi

I am trying to access the POM Web Services, provided by POM V2.0 (SP3), installed on an Avaya Voice Portal V5.1. I can see the WSDL by opening the URL http://avp/axis2/services/VP_POMAgentAPIService?wsdl but when I try and use soapui to experiment with the web services I keep getting the response that there is an error 500, internal server error. I have created a new role vpuser, suggested by another poster in devconnect forum, and a new POMWSUser, (with all roles assigned), so soapui sees all the methods available but whenever I try and invoke a method I get this error. The soapui is able to access and invoke methods from other test web services i have created but not these POM web services.

Any suggestions for what I might have overlooked, unfortunately the developers guide to the POM web services doe snot include any specific troubleshooting sections nor does it suggest you have to do anything to enable the services but it feels as if something has either not installed or not been enabled properly during the install :-(

Regards

John
