Default Is it possible control agent device with CCT API if he is using Agent Desktop Applica

Is it possible to control agent device using CCT SDK if agent is using Agent Desktop Application.

we are proposing ACCS. Customer want to use Agent Desktop Application and same time they want to integrate their web application with click to dial feature.

we are planning to provide CCT.Net SDK for implementing click to dial feature.

I want to know is it possible to simultaneously control agent device using CCT SDK since it is already controlled by Agent Desktop Application.?

Hi, evargh! Were you able to find a solution for this? If you have, kindly share it here on this thread so that others with the same problem can know as well. Thanks!
