Default IP Office SIP "Incompatible" when dialling out of service numbers

Hi there,

We have a customer, they're on R11 software & have SIP trunks.
When they dial a number that does not exist, it doesn't give them a message to say that, like normal phones do. all it does it says INCOMPATIBLE on the screen.

Ringing the number from a mobile confirms the number is dead & a trace shows a "404 Not found"

But there's got to be a better way to tell the user that they are in fact compatible, it's got nothing to do with compatibilit, it's just a dodgy number....

Thanks in advance!
