Question IP Office Server edition Web manager login fails. Error "Server not responding

We have an Issue with an IP Office System Server Edition and a IPO 500 V2.

After the update from Rel. 11.0.0. to 11.0.4600, all Parts are working. But after a short time, Web Manager login fails. Error: "Server not responding. It may not have fully started yet"

IP Office Manger login are working, but the Web Manager login fails.

Only the reboot of the system helps, only for one or two Days.

I found:
- SOLN258004 (reset) and Reset helps only one or two days
and
- SOLN367217 (update BIOS), but I have a Problem with the solution. We installed the Sever Edition on a VMware Appliance ESXi 5.1 and later. The VMware are installed at a Dell Server R740 with BIOS 2.10.0.

Now to my question. Which bios do I have to update? From the appliance or from the DELL Server R740?

Who can help me?
