Hello,
I am trying to use a Catch Box 2.4 wireless microphone with a SoundStation2 Avaya 2490. The catch box itself comes with a 6.3mm male to 3.5mm male cable so I had to get a 3.5mm female to RCA male adapter (not sure if this is the source of the problem). The phone system is set to wireless in and the catch box works when hooked up to speakers. I have already posted this to Polycom's website and I was told Avaya handles support for this product. Any assistance or information regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated. |

In my experience you connect wired or wireless mics from the two legs opposite the connection to the power unit.
