Hi Guys,
Setup - AACC 6.4 with Multimedia in SIP environment. I need some urgent assistance here - tried my best and not found a way to implement this... ![]() How does one create an agent script, similar to what we have for Outbound campaigns, for inbound voice, web chat, email and other multimedia sessions? Would appreciate any pointers. Thanks. Tony G |

Hi Tony,
there is no built in agent script functionality for inbound, email, WC but the easiest way would be to use a screen-pop launching a customized agent script in e.g. html format. If you are looking for a more complex solution then DevConnect has certified software like CallScripter which allows to use a full agent script functionality for these call types.
