Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible de manage SMS inbound with IPOCC, I read somewhere that feature should be available in 9.1.6 but now we are at version 10, I did'nt see this is possible. Thanks |

IPOCC dont have direct provision of that yet,you have to integrate 3rd party SMS gateway. Gateway will generate the mail alert of the incoming sms and send it you IPOCC Email agent.

We work closely with an organization called OwnerListens who specializes in SMS engagement. They leverage Zang's communication platform as a service. They essentially offer an AMS-like solution. It's a cloud subscription offering. They've been very successful at onboarding Avaya customers (quick and painless).
