Default Main on 5.2 and LSP on 6.3

At the main site I have CM 5.2 and on some locations 6.3

My question is how does it work the licensing issue?
CM 6.3 has weblm and 5.2 does not.

Will 6.3 be licensed on main CM 5.2?

Individual license files are no longer installed on survivable servers 6.x and above. All licensing is inherited from the main. You'll be ok running mixed versions for the period it takes you to upgrade everything to 6.3.
