Attempting to add new user, I get the error message 0x800004005. Have tried adding another account, same problem.
Did have user that was deleted before the new user was added. Using Site Administration 2.2 |

It would be caused by couple of reasons . I would like to suggest you to wait for a while in order for system to complete deleting . and also please go to VMSC on mas server to check license mode as well as checking the computer you are running site administration is in the trusted server list in MSS as well . if all of them are good, then you need to raise a ticket to Avaya MM backbone team , thanks.
