Default CCE with Lotus Notes

Has anyone managed to get CCE 5 working with Lotus Notes?
I have configured everything correctly and can get emails delivered to the agent but cannot get auto-replies to work. The Control Panel shows an error with the SMTP connection.
I tested it with a free POP3/SMTP and it works fine.
Any ideas??

This should work. I would say you will want to check 2 things.

- Make sure that the EMS server host or IP is on the SMTP server's white list to allow relaying.

- Determine if authentication is needed for SMTP. If so make sure that the credentials supplied are correct.
