Default All stats out by 1 hour

Hey guys,

I have an IPOCC server with the latest 9.0.3 patch running.

Discovered my stats are all out of whack... Then Contact Center and Agent status reports are showing calls happening ahead by 1 hour

And it appears the stats for historical reporting are all behind by 1 hour

Help!!!

Reason is the time zone which Java reads from Windows, sometimes a wrong value came as result. Workaround: change time Zone of windows and change back, after that the time zone normaly correct read by Java.

All fixed up now. Enabling DST on the server as the services were coming up was a bad idea... A reboot of the machine fixed it all up
