Default Adding an Agent to active IPOCC

Just curious about adding a new Agent to an active IPOCC environment and the impact it might have on the call processing. Would like to add myself as an Agent to better understand how it works. Is that a merge type of change or would it require a restart? Thx

- Add/Modify or supress Agent/Supervisor did not impact the operation of IPOCC / IPO
