SMDR output on IP Office R9.1.0.0 build 437 show user name instead of authorization code used. How do I make the output to show the auth code? The position that usually carry the auth code used now carries digit 1 and not the auth code.

Hey,
IIRC the account code should be in position 8. Do you have an example smdr entry? |

Thanks for that reply.
Is this for monitoring only or it sets the smdr output to show auth code always? |

It's only for monitoring to check if you will find the auth code there.

Authorization codes are not showing on monitor. Only the name of the user for the authorization code is showing.
How do I make the IP Office to output the authorization codes. |

Lets say I create an auth code 1234, I would create a user using the extension number 81234 and in the short code tab, i would do my dial plan there.
Once that is done, you can see in the SMDR that the code 81234 has made a call. Thats the work around. |
