Hey Guys,
Having an odd issue occuring on B179 handsets on sw 2.3.8 connected to a 9.0.1.845 system. Basically the IP Office Directory works on the handset for a short while, but then stops receiving any information. A reboot of the handset restores the directory. We don't have direct access to the web interfaces so waiting on the customer to set the log on the handset and send some info over. Has anyone else come across this before? |

Upgrading to B179 firmware 2.4 is the first thing I'd try. Avaya will want to see the latest release if they're asked to troubleshoot.
