How can IPOCC be setup to see the full DNIS number delivered to IPO? Right now the called number always shows up as the dialed short code and we don't have a way of seeing the full 800 number coming in for ODBC lookups. Any ideas?

Hello, did you ever receive an answer on this? I am running into the same issue. DNIS reports the shortcode from IPO Server Edition.

Whoch kind of dialer type?
For preview dialer configure short code for the trunk as access code in PBX configuration and use this access code in doal parameter in dialer configuration |

Thank you for the response, but I'm not sure I understand your question.
We are not currently using the dialer. These are inbound calls into IPOCC. When the IPO passes the call, it dials into the IPOCC application using a Short Code. That short code is displayed within IPOCC as the DNIS, which is incorrect. It should be showing the telephone number on our trunk. |
