Hello everybody,
I have an issue after upgrading ERS 8600 v7.2.18.0 from v7.2.1 . We also see those messages on our ERS8800s. From what i know (and take that with a grain of salt) those messages mean that the Port is simply dropping packets (as if in overbooking). A certain ammount of droppage is considered normal in ethernet - especially if the data is coming in faster than the switch can get it out (i.e. 1000 MBits in, 100 MBits out)
But anyways i would like to see a documentation by Avaya describing all KHI Messages... Cheers Thomas |
