Default Embedded Voicemail

By using either Manager, System Status or Embedded File Management, is there a way to confirm if an embedded voicemail user has recorded their name?

Sadly none of the above. It would be a good addition to the Mailboxes screen in SSA but currently not there.

You can do it through the embedded file management tool inside IP Office Manager (File | Advanced | Embedded File Management). Access the System SD card and go to 'System | Dynamic | LVMail'. As you browse through the files the file properties do indicate whether the file is a name, gretting or announcement for a particular user. Obviously only a practical solution in a small system.
