Scopia Add-in for MS Office Failing to load
I have an install where the customer's organization is using Windows 64 bit 8.1 OS along with MS Office 2013 64 and we are having an issue with the loading of the Scopia Add-in for MS office. I loads just fine on their MS Office 2010 Outlook client but fails to launch on MS Outlook 2013 64 Bit version. In fact it is listed as disabled in the Add-in section of MS Outlook and there also appears to be no path to the add-in. When we try to manually add it from the file it tells us the file is not valid.
Has any one had any success with this Client on Outlook 2013 64 bit?
