Default ACCS With IPO !Urgent!

Hello Experts,
"Need Your Help here"

Having IPO Server Edition running with ACCS.
Primary Server and ACCS server are located at DATA Center and Agents are sitting in Branch Office, Where 500v2 is installed with PRI connection. I configured the Users/Agents also on 500v2 and IVR is designed in ACCS and calls routed through CDN.

Now Problem is
When Customer calls on PRI, and agents picks the call. Their are 2 way connection Between 500v2 to ACCS & ACCS to Agent for single call, so even my PRI and agents are at same location, call quality depends on network. I am facing disturbance/voice breaking issue.

My Question is
If PRI and agents are at same location, and after call get connected to agent extension sitting at same location. Shouldn't it be direct rather depending on network. Why its connecting that way. I think its because of ACCS media server.
Is there any way to bypass that ?

Troubleshooting done
I am using softphones, so there is no extensions created. so i couldn't play with direct media path at extension level but try it at line between IPO & 500v2. Still No luck.

Any help will be great.
