This is what my customer dream: If an agent gets log off ( he didn't have the time to answer a call) The user cannot log back in by himself. A supervisor needs to log him back. Can we do it ? |

hi , yes you can do it by changing login password . do not share password wit agent .
supervisor able to log agent from supervisor pennel. |

I guess you mean siign off in RONA case? In this case you want to prevent the agent to sign on again by himself? This would be a new requirement.
