Question Question on two parameters about Trunk-to-Trunk Transfer

Hi mates,

I got quesions on two parameters about Trunk-to-Trunk Transfer:

In table "system-parameters features":

Parameter "Trunk-to-Trunk Transfer" with options: all / none / restricted

In table "cos":

Parameter "Trk-to-Trk Transfer Override" with options: n / y

So, my questions:
1. What's the difference between these two parameters?
2. Whether there is some relationship between these two parameters?
3. Whether there is other parameter used to control trunk-to-trunk transfer feature?

Thanks very much for your attentions.

Best Regards!

Solution Delivered Kb01020586

In System-parameters Features, user has restricted the feature 'Trunk-to-trunk' transfer. They want to know if there are some
additional or special features so that they can allow someone to transfer a call to other trunk group.

The system provides three levels of administration for this Trunk-to-Trunk Transfer:
a. System wide
b. COR to COR
c. COS
Note:Trunk-to-Trunk Restriction Override: Users with this COS override any system and/or COR-to-COR calling party restrictions
that would otherwise prohibit the trunk-to-trunk transfer operation for users with this COS.

Assign a station with a COS that has trunk to trunk override set to yes. This will allow the that user to transfer calls from one trunk
to the other.
