Default How to auto back up calls on an external hard drive

Hi everyone

I want to archive calls/back up calls from the call recorder to an external hard drive automatically. How do I go about it ?

Solution Delivered Back up Recorded Calls?

Without knowing whose call recorder this is, the best answer is to call the vendor support staff.

It would be best to call or email your vendor support. Automatically backing up calls depend on which call recorder is being used.
