Default One-X Agent Central Management

Has anyone loaded the newest Central Management 2.0.1901.0? It loads fine, but it is not connecting to my Active Directory. Version 2.0.1017.0 runs just fine.

Thanks,

Jeff

I was able to get it working. When I did a clean install of 1901, it doesn't write the LDAP settings to login-config.xml. I installed 1017, then upgrade to 1901 and it runs now.

How do I uninstall Central Management? I'm having the same problem with LDAP settings and want to install the 1017 release, but I have 3102 installed now.

So regardless of which version of Central Management I've installed I only get an error stating "Central Management Authentication Failed. Verify that login and password is correct." I was able to use Apache Directory Studio to successfully connect to and browse my AD server using the credentials I supplied to CM during the install. I have the agents added in CM (uploaded excel csv doc as per documentation) and created templates and groups. It does not appear that CM is communicating with AD properly. I did the test of adding a web administration user to CM that is in AD and it just gives me the "you are not authorized" message. I added a web admin user that happened to be a local Red Hat user and I was able to log in. Is there some basic step I am missing? I followed the install instructions for System Manager, Presence, and CM from the One X Server install guide. BTW - Presence seems to work fine, just CM is problematic.

I was never able to get this installed. When I was on the VM Linux server it would just hang up at the welcome screen. The X window would pop up but would never actual start an install.

Anyone else have this issue?

Gentlemen, where did you find a new version of Central Management? According to the support site, 03102 is the latest version, so I'd like to know where you found the 1901 version. So far we've been unable to get Central Management to work. It won't authenticate.
