Post AAAD Chat Clarification
Do we have an option to change the settings in Avaya Agent desktop from not pulling other contacts by an agent?

What happend was the agents can search in Avaya Chat and see all other associates as well and their own? How can we prevent this?

AAAD does not works with IPOCC. This forum is an IPOCC forum.
Please ask this on AACC forum.
