csta integration service failed to initialize on Win2008 R2

Have this error appearing every 16 minutes on a VM ware win 2008 R2 CCR server running latest CCR 8.0.8.15
csta integration service failed to initialize

It doesnt seem to affect anything (CCR or One X) so not too concerned
Just wondering if anyone knows where to go to stop it happening.
Have checked most of the .xml files, but nothing seems to stop it.

R U sure nothing is broken? Can you change an agents state, make them available in CCR by right clicking on them and selecting a different state?

CSTA Integration Service
This service integrates the Web Client with a CSTA III compatible provider in order to provide control agent functions.

You may need to see if you can do this and once you have it setup properly the error should go away.

Hi,

I'm having the same error (appearing every 16 minutes) on an HyperV 2012 R2 machine with IPO CCR 9.0.8.

As roonem did, I thought that those errors didn't affect anything on the CCR. But actually, the agent control functions do not work.

@Pdgavin : your link doesn't work anymore (I know it has been posted more than 3 years ago!)

What should I do to fix this ?

Precision : every time I try to use an agent "function" (add or remove from a hunt group for example), I got the same error in windows application events :
