Hi all,
Need to send Avaya IPOCC (9.1.6) reports automatically on e-mail address but we are unable to schedule a report on email. Kindly help to resolve this issue. Step 1-We have configured the IPOCC UI -> Administration ->configuration -> Service menu-> special settings:- SMTP Server address and domain name Step 2-Configured Email address in report: IPOCC UI -> Supervision _> Reporting ->Basic data, we have configured automatic reporting and send email address to Customer e-mail address. Reports are automatically generated in Avaya ipocc server- C:\ProgramData\reporting data. I also share the logs file of IPOCC Statistic Scheduler IPOCC STATISTICAL_SCHUDULER_Email_export report LOGS.txt Thanks Manmohan |

Try activating the TC_ImplCheck filter, this gives a more granular breakdown of the process and should show things like password error, host unavailable, etc.

In logs there is error
"Sending exported files per email failed. Error: sender failed." if not already done, can you check under System -> Reporting settings -> At bottom of window, "Send Automatic reporting as Email to..." Anything in your email server logs ? This feature needs ability to send emails without password. That needs to be done on your email server. |

Hi Schopdekar,
Please help me to understand the statement "This feature needs ability to send emails without password. That needs to be done on your email server." Does it means that on email server we have to modify the email account settings using which we are sending reports as a mail. And also is the way the configuration which enables Agents to send the mail is different from configurations for reports via email? |
