Hi All,
I am trying to configure Avaya One-X Attendant in telecommuter mode with 9650 hard phone. After the config, i can see the call on my one-x attendant screen but to receive that call i have to click accept button on One-X attendant and on hard phone as well. Call is not being received directly, I have to receive the call both on hard phone and one-x attendant or else call is not received. can anyone help me with that? system is CM 6.0.1 and One-X Attendant Release 3 with SP 6 |

customer is in process of renewing the SA contract, which will take some time. is there any special configuration required for telecommuter mode? i have enabled auto answer on extension being controlled by 1XA, but still have to receive at both ends, also if i dial anything from 1XA, i get a call ringing on hard phone...is it something related to misconfiguration? can any1 help me or guide to some docs related to telecommuter config?
