Default Multiple Call back entries from same number

Hi,

If a customer is calling in more than once, with the same number, and request call back more than one time, will the number show multiple times in the call back list?

If an agent then calls the customer, will all entries, from the same number, be deleted from the list?

there will be only one entry for each number, how often the customer calls is displayed in the additional columns
