Default Equinox Conferencing: WebRTC browser clients unable to login to the Unified Portal

We have Equinox Conferencing platform TE deployment. We experience an issue when user try to login via AAWG portal to moderate the conference.
the error message is "cannot connect to AADS server"

What's the status of the connection between AAWG and AADS? Check the AAWG "System Overview" screen.
