I have a ip phone that kept going to Avaya Messaging. When you dial the number. I have busyout, release, remove the number, add the number (add station next) from scratch, change the coverage path, list trace station number, reboot the CM at the location, reboot the gateway, and reboot the MAS and MSS server. This still not working any help would be appreciated?

When you say phone kept on going to Avaya Messaging, what do you mean.. Does it cover to Messaging when you dial the phone... |
