Default Scheduled Greeting Calls
Hi,

We have our customers details in our MySQL database.

Is it possible for IP Office to connect to our MySQL and if there are records (cased on a query) then start an automatic call (IVR) to greet the customer, something like this:

It's your Birthday today. Happy Birthday
