Hi,
customer asked me to create a custom report for webcommunications in Avaya Aura Contact Center. I tried to create a report using Report Creation Wizard, but I am not able to get any data from table Actions (database MULTIMEDIA) via ODBC connection in RCW. When I tried a simple query by using Microsoft Excel data integration I succeeded. |

I recreated same issue. I'm thinking it may be permissions issue to see data, but not sure where to check / set permissions. Will be interested to see the answer.
